Holmes Cycling doesn’t have complex multi-plan options. We think it works best for everyone if we consider each rider as a unique case and price their plan accordingly.

Our training plans start at just £95 and peak at £150 per month, with no contract.

Each plan is bespoke and specific to our riders, with the monthly cost being based on how much time they can commit to training and how much support works best for them. Everyone is different.

We’d love to chat to you about your passion for the sport and your interest in coaching, giving you the chance to find out more about us and for us to assess how we can help you. Once we know more about your level of fitness and your cycling ambitions, we can tell you precisely what the monthly cost will be. We’re happy to chat as much as you like, without any obligation to sign up. So don’t be shy, get in touch! 

No matter what level of plan you opt for, there is no limit to the amount of contact you can have with us. All of our coached riders are encouraged to get in touch as and when they have any questions, or wish to provide feedback.

Once signed up, you’ll be able to contact us by phone, text, Whatsapp or email, whenever you like. There is also plenty of rider-coach interaction via Training Peaks, where all of your training workouts will be set and you can let us know how they went.

If you haven’t used Training Peaks before, Roy will help you get set up and can show how to use it to full effect. Training Peaks will quickly become your new best friend.

What you'll get as a Coached Rider

  • Initial consultation to help you identify and set realistic goals, and for you to understand how we work
  • Overseeing initial fitness testing to set training zones based on Heart Rate or Power
  • Training Peaks Premium Account used to set and log your training sessions and to provide ongoing feedback
  • Holmes Cycling designed workouts emailed directly to you each day so you always know what's planned
  • Specific workouts for indoor sessions through virtual training software such as Zwift/Trainer Road/Sufferfest/etc
  • Continual analysis of your workouts using advanced WKO4 software from Training Peaks to provide detailed feedback
  • Ongoing changes to planned sessions to accommodate the unexpected things life throws at you
  • Feedback via phone/email/message and monthly review of progress towards goals
  • Unlimited contact via email, SMS, Whatsapp, or a simple phone call
  • Contact us anytime you need advice - we will always try to respond the same day
  • Advice on events such as Sportives, Time Trials and Road Races
  • Advice on entering races and race tactics
  • Advice on equipment and maintenance, so that your bike does not let you down on your big day
  • Accompanied rides where possible - subject to location and coach availability
